An entire shipment arrived that is just below normal quality standards. When folded, the board itself is peeling a touch on the perforated edge. This happens occasionally due to the recycled content of the board and is not considered a manufacturing defect, but is not usually an entire shipment - hence the discount. In some cases, the boxes will require a bit more patience to fold and a little tape along the perforated edge to smooth it flat. These boxes will still fit the 20mm slot for use in Oversize Lettermail and is good way to save money if you do not mind these slight issues.
